What is Holistic Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is a way of working together to create the changes you want to see in your health and happiness. It's a bit like counselling, in that you are entering into a safe and confidential environment where you can express whatever is coming up for you without judgement. I listen and support you with whatever emotions you are going through and get clear on where you want to be instead.
We then tailor make a program that works for you. This will vary depending on what you want to focus on, but can include things like incorporating healthier foods into your diet, finding exercise you love, figuring out how to deal with stress and learning how to find more joy in your work and relationships. In coaching sessions I often like to use The Wheel of Life because it's an easy way to see what area of life might be making us feel stuck.
