Let's be honest - human beings are generally pretty good at complaining about things but not all that good at doing anything to change it. We go around and around in circles stressing about the same situations, venting about the same problems without ever taking the time to actually work out what we really want. The truth is, if you've got time to complain about it, you've got time to change it! So whether you're stuck in a cycle of complaining or you're just feeling like it's hard to make a decision at the moment, this exercise will help.
The first step is getting aware and honest...firstly about what's not working, and then about what your Ideal Day would look like. I describe how to do both on the video below.
