Great for all occasions, but will also help you poo like a champ.
These pancakes are super easy to make, full of protein, and gluten, sugar and dairy free for those with allergies. You can make them as is, or add the Fibergy Plus into the mix for an added hit of fibre. (This is made from psyllium husks).
1 tsp chia seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Usana Fibergy Plus
Mash the banana in a bowl with a potato masher or fork. Add the two eggs and whisk with a fork to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in.
Heat a frypan and add a bit of coconut oil. Pour spoonfuls of batter into the pan and cook as you would normal pancakes.
Top with blueberries for an added antioxidant kick!
