I know that you, like many other people, probably set a goal that you want to feel more healthy and more energised in 2016, I also know that for many people once we get back to our work routine that having breakfast is something that just doesn’t happen. Apparently Facebook knows this too, because last week I was stumbling over a few posts that had titles along the lines of “No time for breakfast? Try this!”
This topic really triggered me, and I share why in this video below, along with suggestions for what I think we need to do when we have no time for breakfast.

Here's the recipe I promised. This is taken from Mark's Daily Apple, a website that focuses on increasing health through a Paleo diet.
I get tons of great recipes from this site and one of the things I love most about it is that everything is whole ingredients - you won't find sugar or flour bulking anything up. If you're after some foodie inspiration I definitely recommend having a scroll through Mark's stuff; there's loads of great info there.
