How to become a master of time so you can relieve stress and chronic 'busyness'. I'll share the game changing tool with you that helps to actually give you more time as well as making you feel more balanced.
Learn how to begin to create a great relationship with your money. We'll look at why money is important when it comes to your health, how to create a rich lifestyle and money beliefs that may be stopping you from having what you want.
Health is the vehicle that will enable you to do everything else you dream of doing. What needs to be tweaked in your life to create peak physical and mental health? We'll look at the importance of a healthy diet, exercise that you actually enjoy and techniques to help deal with stress. 
Let's face it, most of the time what "no energy" often means is that your life doesn't excite you! Let's play with what lights you up, learn how you can do more of it and get clarity on how you can experience more passion and a sense of purpose. We will also look at what zaps your energy and what recharges you - this is unique to each person so it's great to pinpoint what yours are!
The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself. During this session I share tips from my Self Love course that will help you love and appreciate the amazing person you are.  The impact? When you love and respect yourself then ALL of your relationships improve astronomically! This session will also help you to draw clear boundaries, say 'no' when you need to say no and stop trying to please everyone else first. We'll also look at developing your relationship with your intuition so you can build your level of self trust.
In our final session we'll combine everything we've learned and discuss how to stay on track with your goals and intentions. We'll talk about what confidence really is and how to build this muscle so that you know you can handle whatever struggles might arise in the future.

  • I've worked with the Tony Robbins Institute having private coaching with one of their top facilitators
  • I've created and run courses on health and happiness for women in Christchurch, New Zealand
  • I speak about goal setting, stress relief and health at live events
  • I've done a 40-day fear cleanse with spiritual leader Gabrielle Bernstein and self love teacher Christine Arylo 
  • ​I've completed the Landmark Forum, an intense 3-day personal growth retreat
  • plus I've read literally hundreds of books on personal growth, holistic wealth, mindset and mindfulness, spirituality, positive psychology, and nutrition and health.

But here's the impact applying that knowledge has had on my life:

  • I went from being someone who hated exercise to a being addicted to fitness and yoga and lost 10kg
  • Through tweaks to my nutrition I cleared up my skin, fixed my digestive problems and got rid of fatigue
  • By mastering my mindset I've learned how to move from self doubt and anxiety into a place of confidence and self love
  • I left my 9-5 corporate job, found a part time job I adore and took the leap into starting my own business
  • I met TONS of new friends and like minded people by following my passions
  • I fell in love with an amazing man and created a rock solid relationship (after being single for years)
  • I ticked off my bucket list goal of going to New York for my 30th Birthday (and threw Paris and London in there too)​
